About Mark Brackelsberg

Meet Mark

I have over30 years of real estate experience. I am currently a fulltime Realtor with Fidelity Real Estate Mesquite in Mesquite, Nevada. About 80% of my clients are buyers, either relocating or looking to purchase a 2nd home. I enjoy helping in this process which sometimes takes years. I have the patience for the job. I have experience in most areas of real estate, including short sales, foreclosures and handling clients of corporate relocation companies.

Why Mesquite?

There are some reoccuring reasons people choose to locate in Mesquite. The nice, warm weather in the wintertime (which is 5-6 degrees warmer than St. George, Utah), no state income taxes, low property taxes (approx. 1% of appraised value), 7 golf courses, a clean, well policed, friendly, small town, (Our last census was about 19,000 population (most of the town was built in the last 15 years), we are only 80 miles from Las Vegas and 30 from St. George (both are great day trips).

Bringing buyers and sellers together for 30 years. Let me be your real estate agent in Mesquite, Nevada. Call me with any real estate questions or anything about Mesquite in general. I have been a Realtor for 30 years. Listings homes is every Realtor's bread and butter. I do particularly enjoy helping people who are relocating or looking for a 2nd or getaway property. I work with clients all the way through the transaction. I pride myself on very personal service. You will not be switched to another "team member" and by the time we reach a closing we will have become friends.

I am very active in senior sports and think Mesquite is a wonderful place for seniors who want to live an active lifestyle. The warm winter weather is hard to beat. Lots to do in Mesquite and St.George, Utah is only 30 minutes away and Las Vegas a little more than an hour away if you want to visit larger metropolitan areas.

Mesquite is a friendly, clean, low crime town. Most of it wasn't even here fifteen years ago. Come and visit us. You will be treated professionally and like old friends.

Very Sincerely,

Mark Brackelsberg
