About Mark Brackelsberg

Meet Mark

I have over30 years of real estate experience. I am currently a fulltime Realtor with Fidelity Real Estate Mesquite in Mesquite, Nevada. About 80% of my clients are buyers, either relocating or looking to purchase a 2nd home. I enjoy helping in this process which sometimes takes years. I have the patience for the job. I have experience in most areas of real estate, including short sales, foreclosures and handling clients of corporate relocation companies.

Why Mesquite?

There are some reoccuring reasons people choose to locate in Mesquite. The nice, warm weather in the wintertime (which is 5-6 degrees warmer than St. George, Utah), no state income taxes, low property taxes (approx. 1% of appraised value), 7 golf courses, a clean, well policed, friendly, small town, (Our last census was about 19,000 population (most of the town was built in the last 15 years), we are only 80 miles from Las Vegas and 30 from St. George (both are great day trips).
